I ordered a name sign 6 months ago. I kept getting excuses at first from a chelsea smith. Then when i said i wanted a refund they blocked me and my emails stopped going through. I did receive my 1st newborn sign then a year later with my 2nd child nothing? Scam for sure . Just ashame my hard working fiance just wanting something for his daughter lost 30 bucks of his hard earned money . They need shut down!

I ordered a personalized baby blanket off of crafted worth's website in January. It still hasn't shown up. No phone number is listed on their website and whenever I get a reply from them through email it says rest assured we're working on your order. I've just recently read reviews from multiple people on Google sharing the same experience! I can't figure out how they are still operating and haven't been shut down already!?!? They are scamming so many people!!! Please stop them.

Ordered a sign for my expected baby the day after Thanksgiving 2020. They placed an ad on Facebook that all signs we’re half off. It is now April 2021. 127 days have passed since order was placed and I still have not received my sign. “Chelsea Smith” is the person who replies to their emails as customer service and all she does it make excuses — she’s checking with the warehouse or will escalate to management, etc. It has been months of excuses I’m surprised they even reply at all. The moment I requested a refund she has not replied any longer. This is a scam and fraudulent company. Several others have had the same experience, read ScamPulse.com reviews and comments on their Facebook posts. They need to be shut down.

An order was placed on December 9, 2020 along with an e-mail. No response for a month insisting the product would go out. An automated email was received right away stating they would contact in 24-48 hours. Nothing again for almost a month even with multiple emails sent. Finally another one beginning of February stating it would ship. A shipping label was created, but never brought to USPS. It is not February 27, 2021 and after multiple emails there has not been a response. Also heard from other women that they were scammed as well. I was charged for the product with no refund.

I ordered a product from them in December 2020 and have been trying to contact them for a refund as it never arrived. The product was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days and they took my money with no product and when I messaged for a refund they did not give me one. My bank is having to go after them fir this fraud.

I placed an order from site found on social media. Received a confirmation email with my order 45 days ago and have yet to receive any correspondence from this fake company. Completely fraud!!!!
