I BOUGHT SOMETHING ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO; THEY CAHRGED MY FOR SHIPPING INSURANCE, ADDING A TIP, AND THE ITEM NEVER CAME. I WAS NEVER ASKED IF I WANTED INSURANCE AND WOULD NEVER TIP ON AN ONLINE SERVICE. I TRIED TO CANCEL AND THIS EMAIL SENT ME A NOTE SAYING IT WOULD BE 6.00 PROCESSING FEE TO CANCEL.
