I ordered a wool pressing mat from a Facebook as on August 22, 2021. Never received it or my money back. I received an email confirmation with order ID #14550. Money lost $7.97.

I ordered a wool pressing mat and free plant essence oil in September 2021 from a ad on facebook and have never received it. Was this a scam?
At least I learned to never trust an ad on facebook again!

I ordered a crafting tool on August 10th, 2021 from a fb ad ID 378241243 for $7.97 and have not received it,, the phone number for the tansaction is 877-417-4551 but it goes to another company for a recording and no one will answer the phone, my order number is 14154.

Is there any way to help me get my money back or shut them down,, I am sure I am not the only one who ordered this tool,, when I look up the address, its a very nice house,,
