I ordered 3 standing garden planters for $149.85. I never received them. The company says it was delivered to my address on 14 Mar. The USPS tracking number shows the vendor never entered it in the system. I have tried unsuccessfully to resolve this thru emails and now the company will not respond to the emails.

I thought I was purchasing a raised planter, and instead was sent 2 pairs of gardening gloves with claws. I was told I couldn’t return them because the custom costs would be high, and that I wouldn’t be getting what I ordered. I was told the gloves were worth the same amount as the planter and to try to sell them. I was able to find those gloves for $6.99, whereas the planter was $49.95. When I told them this was not acceptable, they told me to keep the gloves and the would give me a 10% refund.

Purchase transaction for wooden raised garden bed seemed normal, but when delivery was 2 weeks after promised date and tracking kept saying ‘no information available’, I contacted their support link. Their response was it was shipped. In the meantime, I received a mysterious 5” x 5” pkg of seeds, but still no 2’ x 8’ wooden garden planter. After 2 more weeks of waiting, contacted support again and they said it had been delivered and I should contact the post office if I didn’t receive it. With the help of the USPS, we connected the 2 as the tracking history the support person sent me and the one for the mysterious seed pkg I had received were identical! So multiple more contacts with support which led to them admitting to the mistake, but telling me it was too expensive to have me return them because of customs duties. Their final ‘offer’ was “for me to re-sell the seeds I did not order or want for more money than they were worth and they would also give me 20% refund for the planter I had purchased.” Unbelievable!!!

I saw an ad on Facebook for planters and ordered. They acknowledged the order and sent an invalid tracking number, that neither FedEx or USPS recognized. Company has no phone number listed online, only an email address. The website makes no sense--this a fake website.

Facebook Marketplace Site advertised for

2' x 8' Heavy Duty Standing Garden Planters for Outdoor Plants. I purchased 4 of them and received 2 cheap Dollar Store planting gloves in the mail instead. Only customer service contact is a non responsive email address.

I purchased garden fencing for a 120. Their website guarantees 100% refund if not satisfied. Through their error they sent me 2 boxes of cheap garden gloves that are worth 7.00 comparable on Amazon. I told them I would send the gloves back and could they refund me and they told me not to send the gloves back because the customs fee would be too much and they would lose money and offered to give me a 10% refund. That’s 12 lousy dollars out of a 120. Their website gives a Texas address where they make people believe it’s sent Nationally which is why I went ahead and purchased. They won’t refund my money.

I ordered planter boxes, but recieved cheap sunglasses. After trying to get my correct order, I was told they didn't want the glasses returned and offered me a 10% refund. I have kept all the emails exchanged with them.
