I emailed Craig’s Shih-tzu about purchasing a puppy. Was emailed back with a seemingly caring email making sure her “babies” go to a safe home. Asked several questions about my home atmosphere. Wanted pictures of my backyard to make sure it was safe for the “babies”. Agreed to sell but stated she had just moved to California to start a new job and was pregnant expecting the baby in less than a month and asked would it be ok to send the babies by plane and a courier would bring them to my front door. I received several pictures of the “babies. Money was sent through Apple Pay. And the after “paper work for transfer of money” more money was asked for for the transport but was said to be 98% refundable and will be given to me with the puppies and paperwork when the arrive. Supposedly the puppies were on there way and the I was emailed by the courier service stating that some problems had happened and that puppies was not cleared in Texas and would require more things or be stuck there and quarantined they asked for $1650 and that’s when I realized it was a scam
