They offer to buy my car but then require a vin report. When I say that I don’t have it they offer a website that can do it fast and cheap. When I say I am not interested in doing that they give a sob story of how they got scammed by going to look at a car that was not in good shape so trying to make sure car is safe before buying…

What caught my attention was multiple phone numbers all wanting to buy all wanting vin reports and all sending me links for different report companies and that they can’t take a report from anyone but that company
