Answered all except picture.
Person now has this information about me and that is enough information to conduct a fraudulent act.
Person did not get back to me when I asked for their names and more pictures of the property.
He states he lives in Colorado and will be for 2-3 and wants someone to pretty much maintain the property like it was my own. And that once him and his wife make a "final decision" if the want you as a tenant or not, they would mail the keys with legal documents??? What? And they want me to send a $700 security deposit to keep a hold on the property?? No way.
