Classic "too good to be true" offering. Found identical email and phone number previously reported on ScamPulse https://www.scampulse.com/vacations-hawaii-inc-reviews.
There are reports implicating other business names used by this guy e.g. Perfect Vacation Bliss & VACATION-HAWAII-INC. This has been going on since at least 2018.
Also found no listing of the business - DLarson Vacation Homes - in the State Business registry. The Hilo address appears to be a shuttered tatoo parlor per Google Street View.
He's got A+ ScamPulse.com rating posted on the website.
Called several times - no answer. He returned calls later in evening from a Las Vegas area code and sounds Eastern European.
