Searched online for a GE dishwasher repair company. A listing came up with a phone number and I called the business. Donald Alan Klages set an appointment and showed up at my house. After looking at the dishwasher he stated that he needed to order parts and needed us to pay him the money to order them. We made out a check to him. He provided us with a hand written invoice for the work that was to be done. On it he wrote his name, the company phone number and his cell phone number: 407-391-1132 and 407-732-9246. He also provided the company name of Crane Appliance Repair and driver license number ***. He only communicated with us via text messages and has not been back to install the parts. He cashed the check at an *** Cash Advance.
