I tried to purchase a part from a company online by the of name of Crank shaft auto parts, they sent me a receipt with a payment and the following day they ask me for more money plus shipping. I informed them I didn't have the money I would like a refund. I did ask for the refund twice and then I was blocked. I then called my bank to file a depute of the charge, I then sent them all of the documentation. the documentation consist of all the conversation, along with receipts and proof of them blocking me. The bank then denied my claim and when I called them they said there was nothing they could do because of me following the payment instructions. When I called them I was very upset and they didn't seem to care. I also did inform them that by legal rights my dispute should of been approved. So the day I tried to purchase the item was 11-26-2024 the amount was 400.00.
