I ordered a Nugget Icemaker advertised on Yahoo trending page. After a couple of weeks a small ice scoop arrived in the mail. I email the company explaining I didn't receive my item. I then contacted my credit card company, now reporting this at ScamPulse.com and next I am filing a report with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center IC3. Below is our email online exchange. have a good laugh. Scroll to the bottom to start with the initial email and work your way up

Dear ******,

Yes I expect a full refund of $47.90 within 30 days and thank you for explaining your "con game"

however since there was only one purchase option on the order page which I have a screen shot of

you have knowingly misled purchasers. I appreciate you trying to discourage me seeking a full refund

but I work too damn hard for my money to give it to a online scammer. You now have 2 options

* option 1 You can refund the total purchase of $49.70

* option 2 My credit card company will reverse the charges

Let me know how you would like to proceed.

If you want a full refund, you first have to return the product to us, and the return shipping will be borne by you. Our warehouse is oversea.

As the timeliness of international logistics is very long and uncertain, it will cost you a lot of time and money, which is not cost-effective.

There are two purchase options on this product page , their price is different.

One choice is shovel , the other is ice maker,and we sent your order correctly .

We would like to offer you $12 refund as compensation for the problem.

I will not accept anything less than the full amount of $47.90 that was charged to my credit card.

Like ex President Bush once said "Fool me once shame on you, if you fooled me um i can't get fooled again"

So, NO this is unacceptable, I will expect a full refund to my credit card within 30 days.

I'm so sorry you thought you could scam me. That's funny. But I don't think so.

You advertised a Nugget ice maker not a scoop. I will not accept anything less than the full amount I paid for the Nugget Ice Maker.

You should have displayed several pictures of the scoop if that's what you were selling but instead you displayed several pictures

of the Nugget ice maker.

I have already contacted my credit card company, next the Better Business Bureau and I am filing a report against crazydealse.com with

the Federal Bureau of Investigation Internet Crime Complaint Center IC3 I am certain they will agree you are a scammer.
