I ordered 2 cashmere sweaters online for approximately $91 from Crazyours.com through an advertisement on Facebook.com. I received 2 low very quality polyester items with no labels (reported to the FTC- Ref 167803886). I immediately contacted the company and informed them that they had sent me something that I did not order. They offered me a small refund of $10 which they gradually increased after much communication to 50% of the value paid to them. I rejected their offers stating that their return policy did not apply as they sent me items that I did not order.
