The company falsely advertised a sale on 3D printers. They didn't say that the products they were selling were faulty and returned/used items. I received a 3D printer that was not only used, but one of the cords had a wrong attachment. They sent me to their "support" but went silent when I showed them the problem via pictures. I did my own research and was able to find a replacement part for their faulty one that they actually sell on Amazon. Not only has the company tried to claim that it was noted on their website (It was not), but they have gone silent about the issue with the wrong connection.
