We paid $1,060 for the "Platinum Package" as advertised by Cream Charter (http://creamcharter.com). According to their website, this package included a private sandbar trip for up to 6 people for 4 hours on a suitable vessel. However, when we arrived, we were shocked to find that the boat provided was a small fishing boat, entirely unfit for a group of 6.



There were no proper seats, no life vests, and the boat's overall condition raised serious safety concerns.



The description of the package on their website was entirely misleading. We expected a comfortable and secure experience as promised but received a substandard service that was nowhere near what was advertised.
