I placed a merchandise order on September 2, 2023 with expedited shipping. I began emailing them September 13th through October 24th as the merchandise was never received although my credit was charged. They kept saying they would look into and get back to me; however, I always had to initiate contact. At one point I indicated that since I didn't receive the merchandise then I would like a refund, which was not something they addressed in their responses. This is what I was told during the last correspondence from them on October 24th: have a pending investigation about the order. We're really sorry that you have to get through this as we also did not expect things like this to happen. Regarding with the investigation, I placed an urgent request for the investigation so we can see what really happened with your order.

Once we have the update, we'll let you know as soon as possible. I have not heard from them since, no merchandise, no refund.
