The business asked for payment for to renew my firewall security subscription. They said I registered for it two years ago by paying a dollar and are now charging me $499 to keep the service or $199 to cancel the service. Tell him I did not have a check to supply so he asked me to get a Walmart gift card and call him back and pay with that. He said if I didn't pay the $199 cancellation fee that they would automatically charge me for the $499 fee. I also asked him to send me an email or a letter on it and he said ask me for my email address but then got sidetracked. He would have to have my email address if he was protecting my computer.
