I ordered an 18 project kit from creation Crate as a Christmas gift for my son. We did receive the product , but the instructions for the projects are online and the code given to access the instructions doesn't work. The only way to contact this company is through the website chat bot, but it never responds to the messages. There is no phone number , or email. There is absolutely no way to get through to this company. We now have a box full of useless parts, no instructions, and we paid $519.82 for it. I feel so foolish. When I look at the reviews not linked to the company, I can see other people having the same experience as I am. This company needs to be investigated.
