TOTAL SCAM
They did not give me a contract or an invoice at any point, demanded payment in cash upon completion and gave all kinds of excuses why the work could not be done as they had originally specified.
Do not fall for their scam. If they show up at your house, give them a firm "no" and call the authorities.
It's my understanding that the police and local prosecutor have been notified about this company and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

While performing some of the work on Friday, 7/29, Patrick raised concerns about the condition of our front stoop and said that he could restore it to "like-new" condition. He also pointed out that our driveway had separated from the house a few inches and would need to be sealed to prevent water damage. We agreed to add those items to the scope of work for an additional $6,800.
Later that day, Patrick said the driveway would likely crack again if an additional silicone infused sealant wasn't applied to the driveway and that it would extend the warranty of their work to 25 years. He also said he could repair the cracked sections of the concrete curb that runs along our driveway/property line. We agreed to do that work as well for an additional $1,700.
On the morning of Saturday, 7/30, Patrick and his crew returned to continue working. I told him that I wasn’t happy with the quality of work done the day before and he assured me that it was because nothing had dried properly with the heat and they would fix it in addition to completing the remaining work. He said that it was too hot for them to do any further masonry/asphalt work and that they’d come back at 4PM when it was cooler out. I received a call from Patrick that afternoon saying they wouldn’t be able to make it back that day and would come Monday morning at 10 am.
During the course of Sunday, several neighbors reached out to me and we all discussed how we had experienced similar interactions with Patrick and the team, and that we were not pleased with the quality of the work. Patrick had told all of us they would return Monday to finish the jobs.
I texted Patrick Monday around noon after they didn’t show up and he said they were having a technical issue and would have to reschedule to Wednesday. A neighbor who was also having work done with them notified me that Patrick and his workers were doing work and going door to door on a block in South Orange that afternoon. I drove over and found them doing the same type of masonry/asphalt work they said they couldn’t do to finish the jobs on my street. I told Patrick that my neighbors and I were not happy with the work that had been done and that we wanted a refund for everything that hadn’t been completed yet. Patrick agreed and said that he would come Wednesday with his uncle, who runs the company, and that they would bring cash to refund the people on the block.
I received a call from Patrick on Wednesday that his wife had tested positive for Covid and that he wouldn’t be able to come. When I asked if his uncle could come, he said that his uncle was the one who spread it to his wife. I told him to send someone else from his crew and that I would FaceTime him or his uncle in to review the work that had been completed because it needed to be resolved that day as I had taken off from work. Patrick never called me back to tell me who from his crew I should expect, so I sent him a text threatening legal action. Shortly after, I received a call from John, Patrick’s uncle, who told me that he agreed to refund the money for anyone on our block who wasn’t happy with their work. He also said that we wouldn’t get anything if we tried to go through the police or lawyers. John told me that it would take at least seven business days to get the money and asked me to speak with my neighbors and tell them he would refund them if they didn’t go to the cops or lawyers. John and Patrick have not responded to any follow up calls or texts from anyone on the block.
The company does not have a brick-and-mortar store and the phone numbers they use don’t appear to be registered to anyone, making them incredibly difficult to track down.

Then, while blew out all of the filling between the patio stone joints and offered to fill it with polymeric sand and seal it for another $4,000. They filled the joints and said they were coming back the next day to seal it. I paid them and they never returned and have ignored calls.
Overall, I realize this was entirely my fault but now my patio is ruined with sand everywhere that won't wash off. My complaint is that the job was done poorly and not completed, with the most taxing parts left to finish.
This gentleman and his crew were extremely rude, pushy and aggressive. They drove a Black Nissan Titan with NY Plates *******

The workers did not complete 90% of the work on the steps and what work they did is there appalling. The work they did on the walkway is only halfway done, the majority of it was not done properly, and the entirety is not sealed.
I have called the company and spoken with various representatives 3 times. First they told me that they weren't in the area and would come Monday. I found them a few blocks away and one of the crew chiefs came and looked at my work, agreed it was not done and was unacceptable and said he would send some workers to complete the project on Monday. I sasked for part of the project remediated/completed, but the remainder refunded for the work not started because I no longer wanted that work completed.
Monday morning someone from the company (same number) called to say that workers (and a mason) and a manager would be by at 2pm to remediate the job and the manager would address the refund. The person on the phone said that if they don't come today (Monday) they would be there at 8:30 am on Wednesday. I stated that I needed someone to be on my premisis that day, as we had discussed the previous week, and I expected them to address this. At that time they also asked for my bank account information to refund the money. I declined and stated that I paid them in cash and I expect to have cash handed back to me. The worker did not show up at the stated time. I left another message with the business asking them to send someone to my home to remediate the situation ASAP and have yet to get a return call.
