Planned for this business to decorate my backyard for my son's 26th birthday. Met him in person and was robbed out of my money because he stated I needed to pay before-hand. I believed it, gave him cash, and he did not do the decoration services. He ran off after and I could not chase him because I saw a weapon in his pocket.
