I emailed the seller on 11/9 and received a response 11/10 via voicemail from someone named Todd. I called the number back that Todd left. However I received his voicemail and I did leave a message but I have not heard anything back from Todd or anyone else representing themselves from the company. I also submitted a service request with the USPS on 11/9/23 due to the fact that I received zero package for the product I ordered and paid for.
