I ordered a book on the Creative Explained website with expedited shipping on August 13, 2024. I immediately received an order confirmation email and tracking information. My order shows up on the tracking message as confirmed and it's awaiting shipping. I didn't receive any updates, so I emailed [email protected] on September 3, 2024 and September 16, 2024 to follow up on my order. I have receive no response from that email address, and they have no contact phone number.
