I received unsolicitated phone calls regarding alleged problems with my computer. from a phone with only six digits. They claimed their name was Creative tech support services LLC. and would not give me a phone number. Interestingly when I requested this information in order to check with the BBB they wanted to connect me to the BBB. However on checking I did not find them. They want you to let them on your computer to assist you. I believe they are a scam but have trouble getting enough information to report. I want to know how they got my number as I am on the do not call registery
