On April 24, 2023, I engaged Credbilis for the credentialing of two insurances. Since initiating the service, I have yet to receive any communication or update regarding its progress. My primary point of contact was Mr. Eric Jones. Despite reaching out to him last week for an update, I am still awaiting a response. This company has since been listed as "Permanently Closed," however they are operating under a new company Confido RCM.
