I received a call from Taylor claiming to be a representative of Visa/MasterCard Credit card client retention program. I spoke with three different people all with Taylor as a part of their names and they all claim to record a portion of our conversation with me agreeing to use their services which was to lower all interest rates on my credit cards. I agreed to have the service charged to one of my credit cards. Taylor Johns, acting as my Finance Adviser made the call to 3 of my creditor requesting my rates be lower. One of the creditors gave me a lower rate. During the verification process with all 3 creditors Taylor had enough information on me including my SSN to apply for additional credit cards on my behalf. I was unaware that he was doing so while I was on the phone with him. Discover approved the application and issued me a card. Once all of that was done, Taylor told me to take my USAA credit to a bank and request a $1000.00 cashier's check and send to KWP to pay for his services. I refuse to do that because the first agreement was to charge the credit card not send a cashier's check. Red flags started going up for me because I have been scam before by a different company. Taylor's supervisor Mr. Michaels is now threaten to report me to a collection agency because I refuse to pay them the $1000.00 for something my creditors said I can do myself. These guys are very organized. They said they all used to work for other banks and are doing what banks don't want them to do which is to educated customers. I feel this is a scam and this company need to be investigated. They are misrepresenting themselves as Visa/MasterCard Client retention employees for Visa/MasterCard.
