Most of the lies you have all been told are lies Tim has created. His attorney, business partner, office staff all lies. Tim has no office. He lives in an apartment littered with Good Will purchased. There’s no money to pay you back because he used it on drugs.

He lies about everything including his staff, his previous work history, etc. He creates messages claiming the are from staff but he has written them. Check out his personal Facebook for more of his lies. Notifying the Texas Attorney General for wire fraud and filing criminal charges for receiving payment and work not done..

Tim claimed he could take items off and guaranteed this. I would not pay him the full amount and he agreed to take $200.00 and when the items were off I would pay the remaining $189.00. Well of course nothing has come off. I have reached out and he is ALWAYS in the hospital, then ICU Then he couldn’t walk. This all stemming from an old accident a few years back. I finally did get a response and he said he would have his lawyer call me and send me my refund. Well of course this never happened, I have all text message correspondence from him and someone claiming to be an employee of Tim. I have given them plenty of opportunity to make this right prior to me writing any reviews. Well by the time of this review I have not received a refund. Looking at other reviews the same hospital excuses have been used on others. If anyone wants to use Creditbytim any questions my review I would be happy to share the text message chain from this company. I cannot say this is a scam or not. What I can say is he or they didn’t do right by me whatsoever. I will be filing a police report, a Venmo fraud report and a fraud report with my credit card company. I most likely will never see my $200.00 back as they promised but I will do what I can to share my personal experience.
