i'm filing a credit card scam complaint against this card services telemarketing company and they have been calling and bothering and harassing me about lowering rates on credit cards and so i'm tired of listening to this girls recorded voice name Rachel and when she calls i hang up and block the phone number and when i do she calls from a different phone number and she will say"this is your final notice about lowering rates on your credit cards". and i'm tired of listening to that and i hang up and block the phone number and this card services telemarketing company they will call from a toll free number and it's always Rachel and so this needs to be investigated because they have been stalking me from state to state in a city just to be interested in lowering rates on credit cards and so this needs to be investigated because they have called 500 times about this and so it's annoying and they have bad experiences and bad practices and they have been really rude to me and they have been really mean to me and they also have been really disrespectful to me and it's horrible and i can't get no peace and i'm tired of my house phone ringing everytime it's them and so this needs to be investigated because i don't know where their getting my phone number without my permission and so this needs to be investigated because i have found out that this card services telemarketing company is a credit card scam and a fraud and onthe caller id on my house phone it says"lewis katz". and they called at 12:08pm inthe afternoon and that phone number belongs to this person and so this card services telemarketing company is either called "financial relief services" or "financial customer services". because it always says it onthe caller id and their company is also called"Rachel's card services". telemarketing company and so i want my phone number removed off of their calling list i mean every single phone numbers that they have and i would also like to say because i don't really understand because i can't get no peace and so i would like to say"please stop stalking and calling and bothering and harassing me because i'm not interested in lowering rates on my credit cards and so please stop recording Rachel's voice on my house phone because yall have done that 500 times and it's very annoying and so please stop stalking and calling and bothering and harassing me about lowering rates on credit cards and please stop bothering me because i'm busy during the day and so please stop bothering me because i'm busy during the day and i know this is misunderstanding about calling people that have credit cards and wanting to repair them over the phone and so please stop bothering me because i'm busy during the day and i don't have time to talk onthe phone and so please stop bothering me because i know this is a misunderstanding and if you continue to call me while i'm busy i'm gonna call the police and i'm gonna report every phone call that has been made by yall and a harassment report and i'm gonna file a lawsuit and so please stop bothering me because i'm busy during the day and i don't have time to talk onthe phone and so please stop bothering me because if you continue i'm gonna call the police and file an harassment report and a lawsuit for bad experiences and bad practices and so please stop bothering me because i'm busy during the day and i know this is a misunderstanding and i don't understand why yall are calling like that and so please stop bothering me because i'm busy during the day and i don't have time to talk onthe phone.and so this needs to be investigated because they don't know how to removed people's phone numbers off of their calling list and they always hang up in people's faces and so this needs to be investigated because i don't want no further contacts by this business and so this needs to be investigated because i have found out it's credit card scam and a fraud that their doing and so i don't understand why they are trying their best to credit card scam me and fraud me and so this needs to be investigated because i don't wanna hear from them nomore because i'm tired of them and it's needs to stop and so this needs to be investigated because i have found out that it's a credit card scam and a fraud that their doing.

disrespectful to me and they have been calling and bothering me and harassing me 500 times about lowering rates on credit cards and i'm tired of listening to this girls recorded voice she always say onthe phone"hello,this is call is regarding your credit card account and it's also about lowering rates on your credit cards and so if you are interested in lowering rates on your credit cards please press 1 to speak to a credit card specialist about lowering rates on your credit cards again please press 1 now to speak to a credit card specialist about lowering rates on your credit card or press 2 to discontinue this notification about lowering rates on your credit cards".and i always hang up and block the phone number and when i do they call from a different phone number and they use people's house phones just to get me interested in lowering rates on my credit cards but when they call it's two different companies the first one is "financial customer services". and the second one is called"financial relief services". and on my caller id one my house phone it says" T name". and so this needs to be investigated because that's what the company is called "financial customer services". or "financial relief services". and the girl's recording voice is either lisa or heather or racheal recording voice and lisa's her is"this regarding your credit card account and it's about lowering rates on your credit card and so if your interested in lowering rates on credit cards please press 1 to speak to alive credit card representative again please press 1 now to speak to alive credit card representative or press 2 to discontinue this notification about lowering rates on your credit cards".and heather does the credit card surveys and she wants me to call the credit card service telemarketing company regarding this issue to repair my credit cards and they also have another recording if you aren't interested either racheal or lisa will call your house and she will say"this is your final notice about lowering rates on credit cards and so please call us back regarding this issue about lowering rates on your credit cards press 1 now to speak to one of our credit card representative regarding this issue about lowering rates on your credit cards again please press 1 now to speak to one of our credit card representative or press 9 to discontinue this notification about lowering rates on your credit cards". and i have heard this recording message 400 times and so this needs to be investigated because this credit card services telemarketing company has terrible experiences and terrible practices and i don't know where they got my phone number without my permission and i'm not interested in talking about lowering rates on credit cards and getting them repaired over the phone this credit card services telemarketing always hang up when they ask about your credit card account number and they will say cuss you out onthe phone bad words and they'll make a threat to you onthe phone if were to ask for their manager because their not interested in lowering rates on credit cards and their not allowed to give personal information over the phone and so i have been really disgusted by this credit card services telemarketing company and i have been so humiliated by this credit card services telemarketing company and i have been so embarrassed by this credit card services telemarketing company and so this needs to be investigated because i don't want nomore contacts from this credit card services telemarketing company because if i was to ask for their manager because they have been calling my house they might make a threat or hang up in my face and i don't tolerate that and so i hope they get put out of business because i never encountered a telemarketing company that has horrible experiences and horrible practices and saying bad words onthe phone and hanging up in their faces like they don't care and they never apologizes to you when they call back to see if your interested in lowering rates on your credit cards either onthe same day or the next day and i never encountered a telemarketing company that is very dishonest and very rude and very mean and very disrespectful and trying to scam people and fraud people about lowering rates on credit cards and so i found out that it's a credit card scam because i have looked it up onthe internet onthe 800 notes website and alot of people have been complaining about them because they wanna know what is your credit card account number over the phone so they can repair your credit cards and they also wanna know your personal information over the phone and so alot of people have complained about racheal and lisa and heather and sometimes people call that credit card services telemarketing company"cardholder services". or"card services". and they also want that credit card services telemarketing company to get put out of business because not only that it's their behavior and no telemarketing company does that and this credit card services telemarketing company must be stressed out and having a bad day when it comes to having people be interested in talking about lowering rates on credit cards and they have been bothering me ever since 2014 when they first called about that and they don't know that it's against the law to keep harassing somebody about being interested in lowering rates on credit cards and for me 500 times is too much and 400 times just to do a survey over the phone about a final notice about lowering rates on credit cards and call them back regarding this issue about lowering rates on credit cards". and not only that they will use toll free numbers they have done that a few times and i always hang up and so this needs to be investigated because i want my phone number removed off of their calling list and they don't know how to removed people's phone numbers off of their calling list and so i want my phone number removed off of their calling list because i don't tolerate that and i want their supervisor to know that they have been trying their best to credit card scam me and fraud me just by giving them my credit card account number information over the phone and my personal information over the phone and i'm not allowed to give out my credit card account numbers over the phone and i'm not allowed to give out my personal information over the phone and for me i think they should get put out of business because if people are complaining about them and wanting them to stop calling and they want their phone number removed off of their calling list and they keep calling it a "credit card scam". or"card scam". and i don't blame them i would call it"credit card scam".and i think they should get put out of business because they never encountered this credit cards services telemarketing company because alot of people keep saying"racheal is a scammer". or "lisa is a scammer". or "heather is scammer". and some of them will say"heather is a credit card scammer trying to scam people". and so i want my phone number removed off list because i found out it's a credit card scam and so this needs to be investigated because i don't want nomore contacts by this company because i found out it's a credit card scam.
