Caller - Henry Clark, states he's from the CCA (Credit Card Adjustment Bureau) and that Calvert Co. has a formal complaint filed on my daughter. He states that if she dosen't give a statement by end of day, he will be notifying all parties as to whether she has cooperated or not. Not only did this person call me, but they called my 3 sons, as well, from an "Unknown" phone number. But, when they left the voicemail message, they left a phone number, 877-253-8530. The number they left her to call was 1-855-488-4122. When researched it shows up as a scam. When you call them they claim that Calvert Co. is going to press charges on you for malicious neglect of paying a debt. They did give a company, Credit One, and when we contacted them, they said they had no debt on record. They are calling everyone they can find who is anyway related to my daughter including her husband's ex-wife. So, now this has become harrassing. Oh, the biggest problem is that they have her personal information and they want her to hire them to help take care of the complaint. My daughter didn't give any information whatsoever to them but her name. We have notified the police.
