I started noticing charges on my credit card, each month. First on 5.95 then 79.95 & last 69.95. The company is Trulyaffordablejoyfulp, i did not interact with this company for any services. When you call the number listed you get a recording stating all of our representatives are helping other customers, then a recording stating the estimated wait time is more than 10 minutes, No one ever answers I waited for more than an hour.

I noticed a charge on my bank statement that i knew nothing about i dont know how they got my info it was from shipmentfree.com my first time hearing about this company i had to cancel my card

I received a credit card charge from a catering business called Nicks's based in Georgia. (I don't live in GA, don't know anyone in GA, haven't been to GA in the past 15 years). The company has a fake site and if you look up the Yelp reviews, this happened to someone else living in a different state than I. If you reverse search their logo, you'll see they copied it from other logos.

I recently noticed these charges on my bank statements, every month for 39.95. I looked into the website called "devilbytail.com" I looked at the reviews, all of them are people complaining about how they get people's information and take their money every month! I work paycheck to paycheck. I can't afford a surprise charge every month, especially for something I've never even heard of.

When the person came in to do the job, he immediately set up his ladder and removed the AC/heat pump filter and took a picture. Then he showed me "that" picture and it showed a huge pile of mold in the trunk. His estimate on paper was 1495.00 to fix the problem. I looked over his estimate and asked him to take another picture to show me. He went on his ladder, I stood right by his side and he attempted to take a new picture, but then he couldn't bring the picture up. He said the camera just wasn't working. In fact, I could see his pictures on his phone, standing near him, however and the picture he showed me with the mold when he came in was way down in his images which means he did NOT show me the picture he took when he got to my house. I then knew it was a fraud and I settled on a contract for the normal cleaning of the trunks and vents for the normal amount of cost. He scratched out all the other data on the paperwork. Then he called a person/business ?? to get my charge card approval. Then within 10 minutes of that call, I had a fraudulent charge to my account for "escort services". I had to cancel my card immediately receive a new number which then I had to make the account number change to all the places of business that uses it for my purchases/services. There was no other business checking into my credit at that time. I want to warn others.

Credit card charged 3 times in various monetary increments. My bank notified me of suspicious activity. They were correct. They gave me this phone number of the alleged scammers 877-366-0033
