Wells Fargo Impostor/ scammer
credit card debt will be cancelled and will only have to pay 50% No interest x 4 years.
Connects me to Federal Bureau of financial violation. This other guy also Indian accent said his
name was Victor Rosario (no
Spanish accent at all) and there
was a litigation warning
against me. He named all my
credit cards and SS number. He
offered to lower my bills at "0"
%. Victor Rosario's phone number shown is 572 356 6596
Said he would cancel all my credit cards and send the companies a cease and resist letter. I no longer have to pay them anything.
I will now pay 50% at "0"% interest for 4 years to "National Debt Relief" who will draw monthly from my checking account. Then connected me to Daniel Roy a "Senior Financial Advisor" from National Debt Relief and went thru the same itemizing each credit card with amounts owed and percentages that they claim are illegal to charge in N Y. Therefore I no longer need pay any of them, only have to pay them "National Debt Relief" the monthly amount PLUS a 5,800 Lawyer Fee which will be added to the credit card debt that are going to be cancelled, so after the fee is charged it will be deleted. Baloney! So the guy Daniel Roy also with Indian accent hangs up and tells me the lawyer will call me right away and I need to answer all the questions the "lawyer" asks properly. The lawyers phone number came in right away 954 346 6541he identified himself as being from "Landmark Legal" and began to read a script advising me that He is my case worker and works thru 3rd party sources, that he did not call me directly and that I am in agreement with all that proceeded and was in accord with the attorneys fee and process in which all my credit card debt would be assigned and charged at no interest.
At that point I told him I did not agree of the way they were trying to scam the elderly out of their social security checks.
Each Indian guy before hanging up told me "G_d bless you and your family and that I could now breath free of all my debt. The last guy from Landmark Legal (a white guy, no accent) Said he was contacted by 3rd party and was just doing me a favor.
National Debt Relief wanted to get paid from direct withdrawal from my checking account.
The real Landmark Legal is NOT a lawyers office and does NOT offer legal advise

Here are the numbers & names of the [censored] ( which with their accents have such whitebread names.)The [censored] I spoke with says I can call him anytime & he will be there. The number is from Oklahoma City 572-356-6596. His name is “Mario Marcus”He hasn’t been there anytime I call . But I know it was him calling back as my cu just a little while ago …..
This company has a ScamPulse.com rating on the web site & I am thinking you want that taken away…..
They are threatening me…. If I do not pay in 48 hours!
