This was a very sophisticated operation. The call began with the caller calling me from a Barclay (real but hijacked) number stating that they are from Barclay and calling about about a potential fraudulent charge.. They were able to tell me my charges and were very official sounding. I kept being skeptical and they kept having all the right answers and data. I was then informed that he was actually representing Barclay from the Experian fraud dept and I was compromised via my Apple Card. He then went into my phone (already had access) and we went down a rabbit hole. He kept telling me that we needed to make transactions in order to clear the fraudulent charges that had been incurred. Its really hard to explain the whole scenario here but BEWARE!. Even when I asked to speak with a supervisor he transferred me to an actual Experian number (highjacked)
