It was an email that was set up as a Macy's survey to enter a contest to win a Rachael Ray cooking set. At the end it said that all we would have to pay is for shipping which was $8.98. But somehow after agreeing to that price my card was charged an extra $43.94. I did get it all back after complaining about the process and requesting a refund. With that being said, no one should have to go through all of that.
