I received a phone solicitation from 877-450-3365, she did not identify herself or her business. She said that she was calling to assist me in removing my magazine fee from my credit card. Immediately she asked me to verify the credit card number that was being used for this transaction every month, after she verified my address and name. I explained that I was not sure which credit card was being used, and asked her to verify the last 4 numbers of the credit card. She advised me that she could not see that information. I asked her then why did she want the credit card number, if she could not see for verification purposes, I then asked her why she was calling since i had never requested assistance with a refund on this specific charge. She said she would take my information and then transfer me to her manager for case review, I requested to speak directly to the manager, her company name, and her name. She began to stall the conversation, requested my information again in order to assist me with the reversal fee on my card.. I asked her for her

website, at which time she said that she would put me on the do not call list and abruptly hung up. I immediately tried to call her back. The phone is not answered by a business, nor is it answered by anyone except for the Verizon message, this caller is unable to answer your call at this time..
