I was called by this company saying they were my credit card services and would I like to have my % rate reduced - who wouldn't? All I had to do was pay a percentage of the amount I owed which they would debit from my checking account only if they were able to get the rate below 6% so I said ok. I was on the phone while they asked Capital One to reduce the rate and was told "no" then Sam Richards asked for supervisor who also said "no". I thanked Sam and wanted to hang up. He then insisted on my SS# which I refused to supply. I was threatened with the whole charge and ruining my credit rating. He calls 2-3 times daily to harass me. I don't answer the phone.
