Obviously, the six hours came and went when I got back on the boat, I realized that the holds and the authorization were not going to come off my accounts. I immediately contacted Wells Fargo claims department while they were still pending and explain to them what happened and to please help me stop these charges from going through. I notified guest services who told me maybe because it was Columbus Day that the pending charges were would come off. If I would just be patient. So at this point I still had hope. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with Charlie at the number. He gave me with his picture on it to no avail. He did not answer Any of my text or calls. No one at the store would answer when I tried to call there. The other problem is that I was on a ship. Phone service isn't really readily available and so it was very difficult for me to navigate making phone calls or checking my bank account. I contacted security on the Boat filed a report and they seem to take it seriously However, My problem is this exactly. Because Charlie filled out his records, receipts or whatever on his end the way he has, my bank Wells Fargo for whatever reason has denied the claim. Wells Fargo was supposed to call me one business day ago actually through the executive claims department and I haven't heard a word. As I started investigating this matter, I found that this is a serious issue. I am not the first person that Charlie has done this to. The Sunshine carnival ports there every five days with the majority of its passengers being over 70 years of age. I found it hard to believe that carnival does not know what's going on at Green biotics in Nassau. They are basically feeding mice to a big lions den. Tourist are the best people to scam because they are here today and gone tomorrowand specially elderly women who obviously are gonna want the products that Charlie has. I found reports on ripoff.com scam alert and more. I found an entire Facebook page dedicated to Charlie and his victims called Tresor Rare victims unite. Apparently, these stores change names often. There are countless elderly ladies, he has drugged them in their champagne. He offered them as well as stolen money off their credit cards. My stomach sank and my knees buckled as I realized. I was just one of many victims that Charlie has happened to. I have called the FBI, The bohemian police, Channel 2 news in Charlotte, South Carolina, where you get on Sunshine as there used to be a Scamm store there until it was shut down a couple of years back for the same unscrupulous behavior and scamming people out of their money.
I also feel carnival is responsible. I cannot believe they have continued to drop elderly women off at this location every five days, knowing what they know. This man has stole not only my first memory on a cruise ship and my first trip out of the country, but my entire savings account, and nobody is doing anything about it. My goal at this point is to continue to warn carnival's customers and anyone who gets near Charlie so they do not encounter the same fate as I have.
