Receiving a phone claim from the RBC fraud department claiming that someone was attempting to remove money of $2000.00 from Ontario using a Samsung s8, they told me that they would block all transactions using the information on their system. These people had full details of my bank account, including personal information and other important details. They told me they would need to decrease the limit on my account because they were having technical issue and sent me to the fraud technical department to change my limit from 10000 to 0, so there would be no more further attempts. The setting they gave me didn't work, so they said they would try another method of making a transfer to myself. Jonathan Barker was the name he used and told me that it would take one business day to return to my account, they had all the information which wasn't given by me and just asked for the reference number and this is how they took my money. They told me it didn't work, needed to transfer more, at this point told them I would go into the bank. Later the bank confirmed this was a fraud. When my husband phones the number has all RBC recording which sounds legit but is a scam.

Called and had my personal info and said cc had charges added and then said personal information came from RBC branch and I was to go to shoppers and buy 5 x500 in amazon gift cards and then I read tracker numbers to them and then was told to go another shoppers where my info was given out and buy5 x500 amazon gift then read tracker numbers out at this point was told an RCMP off ice was to meet me at branch then lost phone connection when I called back number not in service I then went to my bank and reported what what happen and had all accts changed ,then went to police and reported incident *********. Then talk to visa security. This was very well done and they had a lot of my personal info about home and Visa card. I also have all the phone numbers they used along with names and id numbers they used
