They called trying to get my Mastercard and Visa information, claiming they worked from Capital One and they wanted to offer me a lower interest rate because I make my payments on time. I tried not to give short answers so they wouldn't use my voice to authorize things. The guy had an accent and claimed he was working through Experian.
