I had an old doctors bill for my child. Which eventually was taken care of by insurance because it was never billed to them in the first place. This company closes out there debt on my credit then turned around and reopened it without acknowledging me with any written notice. They state that The doctors office would have to reach out to them to close it out but however will not call the doctors office themself or the billing department. Now when I make the call to the billing department and they ask whom has this debit and mind you they all the information of my sons information all the way to the date of service and guarantor number.. my billing department and drs office have no clue who they are and do not use this collection agency at all!
