They said they would provide identity theft protection and give me the most accurate versions of my credit score available. After checking with my bank, the scores were off my hundreds. I tried for months to cancel it. They changed their business name and made it impossible to log into my account. They said you could cancel online but that portion of the site does not work. It has fake buttons to click with no destination. When you call they give you the run around and you have to beg them to cancel. Then they act like their computer is frozen for an hour.
