Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief
"3 MONTHS" later on 09/29/2016 they charged my card for $179. I immediately called numerous times and left messages requesting a call back and no one ever called back or answered the phone during normal business hours. So I called my bank disputed the charge with my bank and was credited. At this time I no longer had my long-in information to see if my account was still active. I again called and left messages at 877-824-1121 no one has ever answered this line in over 20 times I have called during different hours. I assumed at this point after the dispute and credit from my bank this was resolved. 30 days later they charge my card again on 10/29/2015. I again go through the exact same process calling them leaving messages support tickets and didnt receive a response until a week later by that time I had disputed with my bank and was credited again. Then on 11/29/2015
my card was charged again for $179. Same process called left messages , support tickets, then called my bank and disputed again and had received a temporary credit for $179.00. Today 02/22/2016. My bank reversed the credit of $179 from 11/29/2015 stating that credit umbrella provided enough evidence that I agreed to their service and didnt cancel correctly. My bank also stated that they showed the last time I logged into Credit Umbrella was June of 2015. And the claim was now closed. I couldnt believe that this company was stealing from me. I have called numerous times requesting a callback with a direct number and I havent received any response. I have now had to switch accounts . I am requesting a credit back for my $179. This kind of immoral business behavior should definitely be regulated!
