I went to your website and selected the "cancel membership" option and was provided a phone number. I called the 1-866-899-3175 either I was in hold for over an hour or get a message that, "noone is available to take your called", followed by "good bye". How do I get the unauthorized charges reversed and cancel the membership I never signed up for
