e-payments to Discover credit card began coming out of my personal checking account number. Started off once a month with low amounts; 300 to 400 dollars, then advanced to three and four withdrawals a month from 1200 to 2200 dollars at a time, before I could identify there was a scammer in my account. Discover card account holder was not listed as an authorized account member from signature ID or on any of my accounts. Surprised it was allowed as a e-payment from an outside account, nonmember account. Checking account company did not send alerts, stop payments and/or conducted any investigations prior to my notifying them to shut down my account. BEWARE! they are everywhere, into everything!
