I was looking to pull my credit report and filled out the information for it. I really thought that it would give me my refit report. Now I’m being charged $20.00 every Friday for it, and I have asked to cancel it, as I am currently off work on stress leave under doctors orders, and do not have any income coming in at the moment. I keep calling and request to be cancelled, and they just keep telling me that the back office will deal with it, and I will get an email telling me it’s been cancelled. 3 weeks, and they still refuse to cancel “my agreement”, and I don’t even know how they got my banking info, as I have never given it to them. I have called my bank twice now to do a stop payment, but they’re unsure if it can happen or not, as they won’t interfere with “my agreement” that I didn’t do.
