The guy was supposed to help repair my credit , he uses an Instagram account which is thecreditguy_jayjay. Where he acts like he is repairing and helping build credit . He uses the phone numbers 281-714-1423 and 713-589-0795. He has people Zelle him under those two numbers

I found him on tik tok. He had posted several videos about credit repair and i paid him a one time fee of $599. Since then he hasnt even submitted one dispute, turned off access to log in to my portal for weeks, and hasnt replied to my text in over a week.
