I clicked on a Facebook add for a crocs sale. The website I was directed to looked exactly like the crocs website and the “sale” was not too far off standard pricing. Once I checked out I noticed that the confirmation email came from an email address that did not resemble the crocs company. I emailed their customer service immediately and requested to cancel the order. They responded the next day and said that the order could not be canceled because it had already shipped but that I could return the items once it received them for a refund if I did not want them. I noticed on the tracking information that they had simply created a shipping label and not actually sent the item so I emailed again. They responded that the shipping company just hadn’t updated their info but the product was in fact already en route. I received the items and the packaging was suspect and the product did not have any of the trademark crocs tags on it. Additionally I had ordered a black and slate grey pair but received a blue and white pair. I again emailed the customer service email address and requested a refund. They requested a photo which I provided. They suggested that the items were “nice and cool” and I should consider keeping them. I pushed back and requested a refund. They said they could not refund the purchase unless I sent the items back at my cost. I told them to provide a shipping label and I would be happy to do so. They refused and again suggested I keep the item and that they would offer me a 5% refund and a discount on a future purchase. I told them this was n out non and suggested they send me the correct items with a shipping package to return the incorrect items. They said no they would not send the correct items until they received the incorrect items back and that it would take too long for and would be at my cost. At this point I opened a claim via PayPal and my financial institution as will as this scam report.

I had the same exact experience as you. I ordered a lined pair and they sent me a classic knockoff. I reported them to the actual crocs. Still upset about the whole situation because it was a Christmas gift.
