I made this transaction over the phone - I was on a call with her for over an hour. She did say there might be price adjustments in the future, but she's never held deposit/waitlist customers to the new market rate.
Two weeks ago she texted me that the price of my puppy would be $1000 more than originally agreed. I politely asked to withdraw my spot and refund.
She is refusing to refund my deposit of $300.
