I thought I was buying one jar of cream and unfortunately found them on Facebook. They offered this great deal of 5 items for 59.95 and they also offered a bonus item. I ordered it and it clearly shows on my order summary what I THOUGHT I purchased. A 5 piece set with a bonus neck cream. Instead they had fine print at the very bottom stating I would get another shipment after one month and then one every 3 months. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THAT. They charge my card 3 times now. I called to cancel this order and they were TERRIBLE. Would not take NO for an answer. Finally canceled but said I owe money!! I think companies like this need to be called out. If they are doing this they need to have an auto ship "order" be in large print and the customer needs to agree to it. I simply wanted to try one of their items and they take advantage of their customers. If you look on their website it seems to be a theme of unhappy customers that they do this to.
