I received a text message stating that a document was being delivered and to call a number with a reference id. I called and was told that I didn’t repay a payday loan from 2013. They offered a settlement amount to avoid getting a summons. I declined. They also had a lot of my personal information. When asked about a date, they couldn’t provide that nor the payday loan provider. They claim to be the mediator for the larger company that has acquired the debt. I saw a similar complaint on the ScamPulse.com website. I’m just trying to warn others because I’m sure people are paying them, being afraid to go to get a summons/court .

I got a text message from this company on my phone that doesn’t have anything to do with my husbands phone and they told me he needs to call them and if not they would see him in court they were very rude and demanding and somewhat threating told me never to call there number again and I told them my husband was as out of state and they said they know where he is which they don’t at all there liars and very demanding and rude total scam!!!!!
