we found this ad for used containers on facebook marketplace. we replied and got an estimate by email which we liked. we made a payment by email transfer but never got the container. They would only allow to pay by email transfer. we called numerous times and sent many emails. finally we got an answer that our container was sold to someone else and we were offered a new one for an upcharge which we refused. we kept calling and emailing but all calls went to an answering machine and no emails were ever answered again. finally someone picked up without saying his name or company name.He said they were checking wtih the yard and delivery dept.. after another week and many calls and emails someone else answered but again no name or company name.He wanted to check and call me back. then I called from a different phone and someone picked up but claimed immediately that the connection was bad and we got disconnected. They claim their address is in Toronto but the phone is from Ottawa. Also, there is another website called BE Container but with the same phone number and address. the email transfer address was [email protected]. other emails are [email protected], [email protected], [email protected].
