Received an email stating this is a reminder for your annual support subscription renewal. States it has expired & will automatically be renewed within 24 hrs. Says it will be auto-debited by $499 USD and that renewal charges are non-refundable & that I must call customer support at 1 818 660 1530 today & they will assist in canceling my account. Further states any complaints should be addressed at above number. Signed by James Wilson, Acct Mgr. No mailing address.
