They won't stop calling and when I call back, they won't give me reasons they are calling and verbally abusive.

I have received continuous calls from 909 259 0304, which it appears scam likely as the ID on my phone, they claimed they are garnishing my personal bank acct for owing a school called college network. Spoke to tracy, she threatening me on knowing my place of work, and yes I work for the state of CA, she even confirm my DOB. Yes this school was also a fraud, and most student took them to court and our lawyers won the case back in 2014. Now the school in cohoot with this scam company calling to threatening me of garnishing my acct for a huge amount of money. According to Michelle who I spoke to from CRG, she stated my bank is going to garnish my acct in two days. I called my bank to verify this, they told me, they havent received any legal documents like that from this company and if they do, they will even contact me first before moving forward to withhold my acct. CRG also gave me the school information to call their office, the number is las vegas number and is not in service. Am waiting patiently.

I have received calls to my mothers personal number regarding me! Stated they would file actions against me and come to my place of employment and resident. They haven’t called my phone my number has been the same since I purchased a phone in 1999

Tried to collect debt 21 yrs old

Got left a VM stating that paperwork will be filed in my county and I will be served/subpoena. I was told it was from a bank I used in 1999. I told "Kathy Moore" that sounds ridiculous that they would come after the debt 23 yrs later. Said I owed $874. Told her that is now way accurate and I have never left that bank with a debt.

She then asked what my intentions were: settle debt or be served. Of course, I said "Sure, I'll be served because I'm not paying this alleged 23 yr old debt."

Crazy times...crazy times, indeed!

I've been getting calls every Monday from two different phone numbers. One is from CA the other from MI regarding 2 cases. They leave messages & supposed case number. I decided to call the numbers and a woman named Tracy answered the CA number. She became very rude yelling at me. I hung up. I then called the MI number, the same person, Tracy answered. When I asked her how she could be in both states at the same time she hung up. Today's message was they want to verify my address and place where I work to proceed. This is a scam and I won't be taken. Did this once many years ago and felt like a fool.

Received a voicemail message from this company. I called back and they claimed to have my Social Security number and were a litigation company. They threatened to come to my place of employment and arrest me. I told the woman she was a bottom feeder that that I knew this was a scam. She was indignant and very rude. I asked for her address and she said they are all over the country and could not provide me with an address. I called back and spoke to another joker that gave a false name and he asked for a case number which i dont have. I told him I was an attorney and he asked for my Bar number. I replied Im not giving you anything until you tell me what this is about. He hung up on me twice. I really wish these places would be shut down--they are a menace!

This number has called me multiple times on my cell phone and at my previous employer. I called back and someone says hello or hold then music plays for a few mins. Then someone else gets on the phone to try to verify my social security number. I did not provide it. I again asked where she was calling from CRG & Associates. I do not owe anyone so I believe this is a scam.

I received several phone calls & voice mails appearing to be from a local number in my area. The first message that was left stated a complaint had been filed against me, the call back # 757-975-8025 and a reference number was given. The following messages stated 2 incidents or matters and I will be served at home or work. I finally called back and was immediately placed on hold, "Rebecca " came on the line, I asked what's the name of the company, she stated "CRG Associates" a mediation company. Rebecca asked if I was the person who they have been trying to reach, I asked about the company, she began to yell at me saying I'm avoiding the question and will be served. Rebecca hung up.

My home phone # received a call from an electronic source (856-246-5574) with a vague message stating my sister-in-law who does NOT reside here, nor never has, had to call 757-975-8025 regarding 2 supposed "orders", or was going to be "served". I looked the number up in White pages reverse look up and it appeared to be a valid number. When I called 757-975-8025 to identify why a call was coming to MY unlisted and private home number for someone else, and try to determine if this could be any sort of a legitimate contact, the person answered the phone and stated "hold on", and put me on hold. When she returned she asked if I was if I was my sister-in-law. I said, no and asked where I was calling. She said I was lying. I asked her who I was speaking to and she said "Rebecca", and then went on to say that when I call a place of business and try to block my number that I was hiding something. I said asked what place of business am I calling, and reminded her that she had not given it to me, she said "Yes I did, its CRG Associates" and I must be who I am claiming I am not. She said even though I tried to hide my number, she knows my number, and that I will be served and then hung up on me.

I called her back to ask why she was calling my number and she started yelling at me and told me that my number would be removed from the list. GREAT. They should never have called me to begin with. So I reached out to the real CRG Associates. Who, are not related according to their email reply. Beware, this sounded like an Identity theft or monetary scam to us and used a very coercive tone, threats, and general badgering.
